2. About Our Services

Credit Hire Direct provides accident management services to drivers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents, including:

• Arranging like-for-like credit hire replacement vehicles
• Vehicle recovery from accident scenes
• Secure vehicle storage during the claims process
• Claims management and insurer negotiation support

Our services are subject to eligibility criteria, including but not limited to the non-fault nature of the accident and the availability of a solvent third-party insurer. We reserve the right to decline cases at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

To use our accident management services, you must:

• Be a driver involved in a road traffic accident that was wholly or primarily the fault of a third party
• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Be aged 18 or over
• Have a third-party insurer who is solvent and identifiable

4. Credit Hire Vehicles

Replacement vehicles provided under credit hire arrangements are subject to the following conditions:

• You must hold a valid driving licence and meet the insurer's requirements for the vehicle category
• The vehicle must be used only in accordance with the hire agreement terms
• You are responsible for any damage, fines or penalties incurred during the hire period that are not the fault of a third party
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered, subject to fair wear and tear

5. Our Fees

Our accident management fees are recovered from the at-fault party's insurer as part of the claims process. In the event that a claim is unsuccessful, our standard practice is that no fee will be charged to the client. Full fee terms are set out in the separate Service Agreement provided at the commencement of each claim.

6. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the accident and your circumstances
• Cooperate fully throughout the claims process
• Promptly return all correspondence, sign required documents and attend any hearings if required
• Immediately notify us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect the claim
• Not to settle, negotiate or make admissions regarding the claim without our prior written consent

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Hire Direct shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of our services
• Any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• The conduct or decisions of third-party insurers, solicitors or courts

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the fees paid or payable by the at-fault insurer in respect of your claim.

8. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or unsolicited communications through our website

9. Intellectual Property
